We believe every follower of Jesus is called to grow into maturity in Christ. Discipleship is not a program we complete, but a life we live together over time. Our aim is to form mature followers of Jesus who are grounded in the Word, shaped through relationships, and faithful in obedience.
Our discipleship pathway is rooted in relational formation and unfolds through the following rhythm:
We gather weekly to proclaim Jesus Christ through the preaching of God’s Word, prayer, and worship. This is where faith is awakened, strengthened, and directed toward obedience. Christ is central, and His Word shapes everything we do.
Foundations establishes believers in the essentials of the Christian faith. Through biblical teaching and spiritual disciplines, participants grow in understanding what it means to follow Jesus and belong to the local church. This is where faith becomes grounded and convictions are formed.
Discipleship Groups (D-Groups) are small, intentional groups focused on relational discipleship. Here, believers grow through Scripture, prayer, accountability, confession, and obedience. This is the primary environment where spiritual maturity is formed through life-on-life relationships.
Serve Teams provide an opportunity to live out faith through love and responsibility. As people serve together, gifts are discovered, humility is cultivated, and the mission becomes shared. Service is not about filling roles, but about forming servants.
Leadership development is focused on forming leaders who carry spiritual weight before they carry influence. Through teaching, mentoring, and responsibility, leaders are developed in character, doctrine, and faithfulness. Our desire is to raise up disciple-makers who invest in others and serve the church with humility.
Through this pathway, we seek to proclaim Jesus Christ, form mature followers of Him, and faithfully labor toward our vision of presenting to Christ a mature body of believers.
